Although energy is natural and co-exists in all we do, there are times where energy sources become disruptive or just plain creepy. An energy cleansing creates a pathway for energy sources to rest and move onto the beyond.

Tips for an energy cleanse:

• Make preparations outside of the space needing the cleanse.

• Communication channels can present themselves. This can be eerie for those who have not experienced this before. As such, I recommend that children not participate in the cleanse.
